PERSONE was engaged by a long-time colleague to support the design and Figma system setup for the next evolution of the Praeses website. The goal was to create a scalable, modern foundation that could support expanding content and product offerings.
We initially designed and produced a focused landing page with three core content sections. As additional content and video assets were introduced, the client requested that everything be incorporated into the existing landing experience. Recognizing that this approach would quickly become unwieldy, we proposed a more scalable and user-centered solution.
We restructured the information architecture by grouping related offerings under a more universal “Solutions” framework. This included consolidating The Correctional Services Group in with the broader product suite.
With a flexible template system established in Figma, we recommended expanding the site into multiple contextual pages rather than overloading a single entry point. To further improve clarity and usability, we refined the media strategy—shifting from multiple competing videos in a carousel to a more intentional approach featuring one video per section or page, aligned with user context.
The initial design and development phase was well received, leading to approval for a second phase currently in progress. We are actively developing content while final imagery and assets are being prepared within the established design system.
This next iteration places greater emphasis on clarity, hierarchy, and user focus. By distributing content across dedicated pages and reinforcing consistent design patterns, the experience becomes more intuitive while also improving SEO performance and content discoverability. The result is a more scalable, structured, and strategically aligned platform that supports both current needs and future growth.
